audioprint® GR-1 | MSI is a laser curing premium resin on the base of (meth)acrylates for the production of hard earmolds and IE shells. The material distinguishes itself by excellent UV irradiation stability in combination with a high elongation at break. audioprint® GR-1 | MSI offers high process robustness and fulfills the highest demands on aesthetics without brittleness. The field of application for this high tech resin ranges from SLA technology to also DLP systems with UV sources (≤ 385 nm – 405 nm irradiation sources as audioprint® GR-10 | MSI). audioprint® GR-1 | MSI reduces, through the additional implementation of MSI® technology, the adhesion of biofilms in a natural way to the surface of earmolds. This specifically improves hygiene in the ear.
