otosil® ES-1.1
The earmould silicones of the ES-series offer everything you expect from a modern high-strength silicone material for the production of flexible earpieces. The ES-series is available in the Shore A hardnesses of 25, 40 and 60 and a broad spectrum of different colours. Due to the optimized flow characteristics and low dispensing pressure generative fabricated cast forms can be filled without air traps in an efficient and controllable way. By a newly developed crosslinker matrix an extraordinary combination of high elongation and high tear and tensile strength is achieved. This enables you to remove the earpiece from the cast with a reduced tendency of microcuts. The working time in a pressure pot is at 50 °C, 60 mins.

otosil® IS-2
otosil® IS-2 is our new universal impression material with integrated color indicator from ocean-blue to white. In this way, the setting process of the material in the patient‘s ear can be perfectly monitored by the acoustician. Furthermore, otosil® IS-2 is characterized by highest quality, creamy initial consistency as well as optimized thixotropy. The squeeze properties have been optimized even further. The material is sharp to the detail, has an adjusted tear resistance, a good recovery from deformation, is scannable, easy to process, skin-friendly and biocompatible (A-silicone, medium viscosity, ear retention time approx. 2-3 min., final hardness approx. 35 Shore A).Advantages:

otosil® protect 50 | MSI
otosil® protect 50 | MSI is our new material for durable silicone-based hearing protection. The material offers various advantages such as excellent adaptability and high wearing comfort. Thanks to the specifically optimized hardness of 50 Shore A, both very soft and more stable earmolds can be manufactured with just one material. The excellent mechanical properties enable both particularly thin-walled earmolds and conventional geometries. At the same time, the earmolds are characterized by significant robustness and resistance. With MSI® technology for improved hygiene.

otosil® PS-1
otosil® PS-1 is the universal impression material with a soft-creamy consistency. The soft, non-sticky putty material is particularly easy to mix. Optimum mixing is easily recognized by the orange/white color combination. The material is characterized by perfect sharpness of detail, has excellent tear resistance and sets quickly. otosil® PS-1 is scannable, easy to process, skin-friendly and biocompatible (A-silicone, kneadable consistency, ear setting time approx. 3-5 min., final hardness approx. 40 Shore A).

otosil® SL-1 is ideally suited for smoothing unevenness which can be caused from building layers transferred to the earmolds in the „digital workflow“ by construction stages in 3D-printed cast molds. The varnish is characterized by optimized flow and wetting properties in combination with exceptional adhesion to silicone surfaces. In addition, it is free of aromatic solvents and thus supports you in the laboratory in terms of occupational safety. Otoplastics coated with otosil® SL-1 literally „shine“ with their surface quality.
