CD-2
The high-tech post curing unit CD-2 is tuned to the latest generation of 3D printers. It features top-level productivity, the most current LED irradiation technology, sophisticated sensors and a wide range of smart features. Through the touch panel you can fully control and monitor all relevant irradiation parameters. Sensors measure the protective gas flow and inform the user about the status of the light source. CLD-1
The ”cleaning device“ CLD-1 represents another building block for the optimized and controlled manufacturing process of medical devices by generative fabrication. Unlike conventional ultrasonic baths the CLD-1 generates a vortex of the cleaning agent. As a result, microcracks in the component surfaces are significantly reduced, thus further increasing the part quality in terms of surface finish, appearance and mechanics of your dental objects. A selection of different cleaning programs assists you in perfectly matching the cleaning program to the selected material class and choice of cleaning agent. The cleaning container can be easily removed and changed in order to simplify the manufacturing processes in your lab. Changing the cleaning liquid can be done within seconds in a convenient way.

LCR-1
3 x 3 g, 10 canulas per set LCR-1 is a light curing gel which can be used in a variety of applications. These applications include but are not limited to model cast technology, use as block out gel for bleaching trays and as a repair material of 3D printed cast models. The gel is thixotropic, therefore steady and manageable when modeling. The marginal shrinkage of LCR-1 leads to exceptional high dimensional stability and accuracy of fit. pro3dure´s printodent® GR-11 tray materials are biocompatible 3D printing resins for the additive manufacturing of customized impression and functional impression trays. Due to their high reactivity, buildstyles with up to 300 µm Z-height can be achieved to be efficient in the lab. With the new development of pro3dure´s printodent® GR-11.1 tray, the biocompatibility and mechanical stability of the built objects have been taken to another level. The new formulation does not have any reproduction-toxic labelling, thus documenting the special biocompatibility for users and patients. Furthermore, pro3dure´s printodent® GR-11.1 tray has an impact strength that is approximately 50 % higher than any competitor product. pro3dure´s printodent® GR-12 cast material is a residue-free burn-out 3D printing resin that can be used in combination with a variety of investment masses for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the optimized setting of the curing depth, even the finest details can be printed precisely with the material. The high stability of the material in the green compact mode even allows a direct FIT check. Components made of printodent® GR-12 cast can be cleaned quickly and efficiently thanks to its low viscosity. If, despite their high stability, printodent® GR-12 cast objects need to be repaired or augmented, we recommend the associated UV-curable repair gel LCR-1 from pro3dure.
