The earmold silicones of the otosil® ES-1.1 series offers everything you expect from a modern high-strength silicone material for the production of flexible earpieces. Available in Shore A hardnesses of 25, 40 and 60 and a broad spectrum of different colors. Due to the optimized flow characteristics and low dispensing pressure generative fabricated cast forms can be filled without air traps in an efficient and controllable way. By a newly developed crosslinker matrix an extraordinary combination of high elongation and high tear and tensile strength is achieved. This enables you to remove the earpiece from the cast with a reduced tendency of microcuts. The working time in a pressure pot is at 50 °C, 60 min. otosil® ES-1.1 | MSI reduces, through the additional implementation of MSI® technology, the adhesion of biofilms in a natural way to the surface of earmolds. This specifically improves hygiene in the ear.
