"From now on you work systhermatically" is to be taken literally.  The SysTherm® system consists of a unique 2-component material for earmolds with thermo effect. SysTherm® combines two world firsts. In addition to outstanding chemical and physical properties, the SysTherm® plastic has no toxic labeling and is also available in a 2:1 cartridge version. This means that not only the end customer receives an earmold with outstanding wearing comfort, but also the laboratory employee is assured of maximum production efficiency and occupational safety. SysTherm® is rounded off by the SysTherm® SPT-1 separator, which has been optimized for SysTherm® plastic and can be used with conventional 3D printing resins for cast molds (e. g. audioprint® GR 12.2). otosil® ES-1.1
The earmould silicones of the ES-series offer everything you expect from a modern high-strength silicone material for the production of flexible earpieces. The ES-series is available in the Shore A hardnesses of 25, 40 and 60 and a broad spectrum of different colours. Due to the optimized flow characteristics and low dispensing pressure generative fabricated cast forms can be filled without air traps in an efficient and controllable way. By a newly developed crosslinker matrix an extraordinary combination of high elongation and high tear and tensile strength is achieved. This enables you to remove the earpiece from the cast with a reduced tendency of microcuts. The working time in a pressure pot is at 50 °C, 60 mins.
