The new audioprint® GR-11.1 is the 3D printing resin for the additive manufacturing of earmolds. In the further development of the proven audioprint® GR-11, the focus was on further optimizing the mechanical characteristics of the material in order to increase the stability of the 3D-printed earmolds and hearing aid shells once again. The exceptional mechanical stability compared to market competitors can be seen in the Figs. below. audioprint® GR-11.1 earmolds have an almost 10-times higher total work of fracture, 5 times higher elongation at break, as well as a 3-times higher impact strength compared to the state of the art. In addition, we offer an audioprint® GR-11.1 | MSI variant. The biomimetic 3D printing resin audioprint® GR-11.1 | MSI avoids, through the additional implementation of MSI® technology, the adhesion of biofilms in a natural way to the surface of earmolds. This specifically improves hygiene in the ear.  Available in Europe from Q3 24.
