SysTherm® Eco-Familie
SysTherm® ECO Komponente A + B
With the 2-component material SysTherm® ECO, we offer you an economical alternative in the field of thermoflexible PU materials to open up further price-sensitive applications. The 5:1 material is available as a casting resin and offers a thermo effect (see Fig. 15) and moisture transport comparable to the state of the art. This has no influence on the mechanical and physical properties, as shown in Figs. 18-21. SysTherm® ECO also contains no free Isocyanates in monomer form and thus meets the highest occupational safety requirements for the manufacture of thermoflexible earmolds. In addition, the material's exceptionally long processing time gives you a high degree of flexibility in the design of your production processes.
Advantages:bottle version (5:1) lowest mixing viscosity in its classoutstanding processing time (1h at 23 °C) linear thermal effect high UV stability excellent transparency best mechanical properties

SysTherm® SPT-2
With our newly developed SysTherm® SPT-2 separator, processing PU casting materials is now even easier and more robust. The Active Separation Technology (AST®) ensures optimum separation between the casting mold and the casting material. AST® also supports polymerization at the interface, producing the highest surface quality without sticky areas on the earpiece – even in particularly critical areas. Where conventional release agents often cause problems in practice, PU materials cure optimally. In line with the motto Rethought, remade! this innovation means maximum freedom in material selection, simpler processes, and more reliable results in the laboratory.
Advantages:
compatible with almost all common mold shells and casting materials easy to use – no need to adapt existing processes excellent surface quality and reliable release effect high flexibility in material selection supports the processing of modern PU casting materials

SysTherm® Cast 2.0
With SysTherm® cast 2.0, we are introducing a world first: a cast material for 3D printing that actively supports the curing of thermoflexible casting materials in the cast mold. It is known from daily practice that the catalyst of PU materials can be inhibited during the manufacturing process by, for example, chemical by-products, moisture, or contaminants on/in the casting mold. This inhibition occurs at the interface between the casting material and the cast mold and subsequently leads to incompletely cured areas or sticky surfaces. For this reason, film-forming separators such as SysTherm® SPT-1 are used. (Fig. a) However, depending on the internal geometry of the casting mold, the separator film can tear at sharp edges/bends, causing the above-mentioned inhibition to occur. (Abb. b) This is where pro3dure's Active Separation Technology (AST®) comes in. The resin used for the generative production of the cast molds also incorporates a catalyst for curing the casting material, which ensures perfect curing even at the interface (Fig. c). This results in significantly more robust and therefore more efficient casting processes. The innovative Active Separation Technology (AST®) can also be combined very effectively with the highly advanced SysTherm® SPT-2 separator, which is also equipped with AST® (Fig. d).
Advantages:
prevents sticky surfaces by actively supporting polymerization easy to peel, without sharp edges no nitrogen atmosphere required high transparency no discolouration during post-curing
